Sydney, Australia – The St George Illawarra Dragons have publicly condemned a fan’s ugly act that circulated on social media following Saturday’s game against the Canterbury Bulldogs. The incident, which has sparked widespread outrage and disappointment, involved a Dragons fan purchasing a meat pie from the concession stand and then launching it towards Bulldogs fans in the stands.

“We are extremely disappointed and saddened by the actions of one of our fans at Saturday’s game,” said St George Illawarra Dragons CEO, Ryan Webb. “The behavior displayed was unacceptable and does not align with the values and spirit of our club. We apologize to the Canterbury Bulldogs fans who were targeted by this individual’s actions.”
