Green Bay Packers wide receiver Romeo Doubs is unlikely to play in Week 13 against the Miami Dolphins due to a concussion sustained during the team’s Week 12 victory over the San Francisco 49ers. Doubs exited the game in the fourth quarter after a hard fall in the end zone and was evaluated in the medical tent before heading to the locker room. The team later confirmed he would not return to the game and officially listed him with a concussion.
Given the short turnaround for the Packers’ Thanksgiving Day game, it appears doubtful Doubs will clear the NFL’s concussion protocol in time. His absence will likely place greater responsibility on receivers Christian Watson, Dontayvion Wicks, and Jayden Reed to fill the gap in the Packers’ offense.
