The reports had been circulating over the past week. On Sunday, Tiger Woods finally confirmed them.
Woods released a social media post Sunday with two photos of him and Vanessa Trump with the caption saying, “Love is in the air and life is better with you by my side! We look forward to our journey through life together. At this time, we could appreciate privacy to all those close to our hearts.”
Trump, 47, lives in South Florida and was previously married to President Donald Trump’s son, Don. Jr., from 2005-2018. Don Jr. and Vanessa have five children together, including their oldest, 17-year-old Kai, who has committed to play for the University of Miami women’s golf team after high school.
Kai Trump has a huge social media presence with 1.6 million followers in Instagram. She has appeared recently at Woods’ TGL matches in Palm Beach Gardens and was pictured beside Woods at his Genesis Invitational at Torrey Pines, where her mother Vanessa was spotted walking in the background. Kai Trump attends the same school as Woods’ son Charlie and daughter Sam.

Vanessa Trump has remained in the public eye at times despite her separation from Don Jr. She was seen with the rest of the Trump family at the Republican National Convention last July and was at the inauguration for President Trump in January in Washington, D.C.
Woods was married to Elin Nordegren from 2004-2010. She is the mother of his two children. Woods has had other high-profile relationships since, including with Lindsey Vonn and Erica Herman, which ended in a messy split where Herman eventually dropped a case she filed against Woods claiming she was sexually harassed.
Woods has remained in the news this year for reasons other than his play. Although he played sparingly for his Jupiter Links team in his TGL league, his mother Tida passed awaylast month, he announced he was not ready to compete at his Genesis Invitational and just two weeks ago, on March 11, he revealed that he ruptured his Achilles and had it surgically repaired, essentially guaranteeing he will not play in any of the four major championships this year.
