NBA star Anthony Davis suffered an injury in his first game with the Dallas Mavericksagainst the Houston Rockets.
After the Mavericks beat the Rockets, Davis told NBA reporters that he felt “a little spasm” with his previous abdomen injury and said it was “nothing serious.”

Davis played 31 minutes against the Rockets before getting hurt. He finished with 26 points, 16 rebounds, seven assists and three blocks while shooting 10-of-18 from the field, 2-of-2 from beyond the arc and 4-of-6 from the free-throw line.
The Mavericks defeated the Rockets by a final score of 116-105. They are now 2-1 since trading Luka Doncic to the Los Angeles Lakers for Davis and Max Christie.
