SEC’s Pro Football Hall of Fame lineup unchanged, but a Gamecock goes in

The Pro Football Hall of Fame’s Class of 2025 was announced on February 6, 2025, during the NFL Honors ceremony. The inductees are:

– Eric Allen: A cornerback who played for the Philadelphia Eagles (1988–1994), New Orleans Saints (1995–1997), and Oakland Raiders (1998–2001).

– Jared Allen: A defensive end known for his time with the Kansas City Chiefs and Minnesota Vikings.

– Antonio Gates: A tight end who spent his entire 16-year career with the Los Angeles Chargers.

– Sterling Sharpe: A wide receiver who played for the Green Bay Packers.

Notably, Sterling Sharpe and his brother, Shannon Sharpe, become the first siblings to be inducted into the Pro Football Hall of Fame. citeturn0search0
