Another Georgia Bulldog has announced their NFL Draft decision following the 2024 college football season.
After suffering a loss to the Notre Dame Fighting Irish in the Allstate Sugar Bowl, the Georgia Bulldogs 2024 season has come to a close. With the season concluded, players and coaches have begun turning their attention to the 2025 season and are making decisions for their future.
One of the latest players to follow this trend is running back Cash Jones. Who announced via Instagram that he will be forgoing the 2025 NFL Draft and returning to Athens for one last season with the Georgia Bulldogs.
During the 2023 and 2024 seasons, Jones was an excellent passing threat out of the backfield and even scored the Dawgs’ only offensive touchdown during their loss in the Sugar Bowl. His presence in Georgia’s backfield next season will not only bolster the team’s running back room but will also add to the Dawgs’ ability to throw the football.
