A passenger in the box truck, identified as 36-year-old Zachary Martin, also from Grayson, was also involved in the crash.

Price was declared dead at the scene by the Morgan County coroner. Meanwhile, Evans, who sustained non-life-threatening injuries, was airlifted to the University of Kentucky Hospital for further treatment. Martin, the passenger in the box truck, was transported by ambulance to St. Clair Regional Medical Center in Morehead for medical care. His condition was not disclosed by authorities.
