Stefon Diggs next team odds: Top Bills rivals linked to star receiver after cryptic tweet

Stefon Diggs is getting cryptic on social media again, leaving NFL fans wondering if the star wide receiver could be headed out of Buffalo.

Diggs, who may or may not have tweeted his way from the Vikings to the Bills four years ago, has been in trade rumors throughout this offseason as Buffalo restructures its roster amid cap troubles.

If Diggs’ internet musings really are prophesy, he could be on the move once again.

“Ready for watever [sic],” Diggs wrote Friday afternoon on X.

The mysterious post doesn’t bode well for his future in Buffalo, but the Bills remain a heavy favorite to retain the four-time Pro Bowler, although a pair of Super Bowl contenders are in the mix.

The Bills remain a -350 favorite at DraftKings Sportsbook to be Diggs’ NFL home come Week 1 of the 2024 season.

Lingering behind them are the Chiefs, Texans and Cowboys, who all sit at 10/1 and are rumored to be in the market for a wide receiver this offseason.

Diggs has been coded since the Bills’ playoff elimination in the AFC divisional round, leaving his future with the team up in the air when he addressed the media in early February at the Pro Bowl Games.

“I feel like I take it day by day,” Diggs told reporters, per ESPN. “Obviously, there’s a lot of changes going on, a lot of things going on. I can’t really put the carriage before the horse, you know what I’m saying?

“But I got a great offseason in front of me to put a lot of work in and kind of build around what we got and what we’re doing. I can’t tell you what the future holds, but I’m still being me.”

Diggs has four years left on his contract and is scheduled to make nearly $20 million for each of the next four seasons, including a nearly $28 million cap hit in 2024.
