His consistent performance earned him recognition as a Rookie of the Year candidate in 2011 and an MVP candidate in 2017, during which he showcased his exceptional abilities by playing all 162 games and delivering a slash line of .318/.385/.498, along with 25 home runs and 94 RBIs.
